Questions, problems, or something that doesn't look right — here's how to get help.

Location verification

Prosh is city-only: your feed, search and people are limited to the city you're verified in. Verification uses your phone's GPS at sign-up — stand where you live, and make sure Location Services are on for Prosh. Moved cities? Contact us and we'll re-verify your account.

Reporting content or a person

Tap the ••• menu on any post, comment or profile in the app to report it. Reports are reviewed, and repeat offenders are removed. For urgent safety issues, email us directly.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and data from the app: You tab → Settings → Delete account. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account email and we'll delete it for you.
